Which apps can I pay with?

Any UPI app that can scan a QR code, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and bank apps.

Where do I find my UTR?

Open the payment details in your UPI app after paying. The 12-digit UTR, also called the reference number, is shown there.

How long is a QR valid?

Each QR is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, create a new one.

My payment is not verifying. What now?

Check the UTR and make sure you paid the exact amount. If it still fails, contact support with your transaction ID and UTR.

Are there extra charges?

No platform fee is added. The total payable equals the amount you enter.
